User manual for the Optoma Technology HD161X Full HD DLP Home Theater HD161X
The user manual for the Optoma Technology HD161X Full HD DLP Home Theater HD161X provides
necessary instructions for the proper use of the product A/V Presentation - Projectors - Home Theater Projectors.
The 2000 lumen HD161X Full HD DLP Home Theater Projector from Optoma features two HDMI ports that support HDMI 1.4a for use with a wide range of devices, including Blu-ray players, cable boxes, game consoles, computers, and more. Full HDMI 1.4a 3D compliance means you can even use it to enjoy 3D movies and play many 3D video games (glasses available separately). A single 0.65" DLP imaging device renders a native resolution of 1080p, plus the projector can support a range of non-native resolutions from SD (480i) up to WUXGA (1920 x 1200) thanks to internal scaling.
In addition to the aforementioned HDMI ports, there are VGA and component ports for computers and analog HD devices, and a composite port for legacy SD equipment. There is also a 5V 3D sync port for controlling active 3D glasses that use a separate sync box. For powering your 3D glasses - or anything else that uses USB - there is a USB type-A female port - please note, this port supplies power only, and will not show video.
Apart from the included IR remote, there is an RS-232 port so that the projector can be integrated with automation systems such as Crestron. There is also a 12V low-voltage trigger so that LVC-compatible devices - such as motorized screens - can automatically respond whenever the projector is turned on or off.
