The user manual for the Orion Images CCTV Tester 3.5" LCD Analog NTSC/Pal TMIP35 provides

The ORION Images TMIP35 CCTV Tester is developed for the on-site installation and maintenance of IP and analog cameras. Also this CCTV tester has been developed for the video system installer and includes a video display, PTZ control, DC12V output power, audio, color pattern generator, RS-485 data searching and cable testing.
This units functions include: POE power supply testing, PING testing, IP address scan, video screen shot, video record, image magnification, port flicker, cable search, and includes a LED lamp. The TMIP35 CCTV tester is designed for easy operation and portability for the technician or installer, thereby improving work efficiency by maximizing time in the field.
