The OWC / Other World Computing Mercury Elite Pro Qx2 16TB (4 x 4TB) Four-Bay RAID Storage Array is a multi-interfaced RAID storage solution. This storage array offers USB 3.0, dual FireWire 800, and an eSATA port with maximum transfer speeds of 300, 100, and 300 MB/s respectively. The Mercury Elite Pro Qx2 has four 4TB 7200 rpm SATA drives and stores up to 16TB of data. Actual storage capacity depends on the RAID configuration. This storage array is pre-configured in RAID 5 mode, which is designed for optimized data protection, capacity, and performance. Hardware RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 10 can also be selected from the system's lockable front panel; each RAID level offers configuration options for capacity, data protection, redundancy, and speed.
The Mercury Elite Pro storage array includes USB 3.0, eSATA, and FireWire 800 cables. This storage array is pre-formatted for Mac but can be re-formatted to work in a Windows environment. A free downloadable software suite is also available for the backup and tuning of your Mac and Windows systems.

True Dock is not recognizing HDD, the HDD light does not come on, even though the power light does come one....
