User manual for the Pianoteq Rock Collection 12-41298
The user manual for the Pianoteq Rock Collection 12-41298 provides
necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Pro Audio - Computer Audio - Virtual Instruments.
Modartt's Rock Collection consists of the Electric Pianos, Clavinet, and Rock Piano add-ons.
Electric Pianos contains two instruments, Rhody and Wurly. Each instrument comes with several variants and you can customize them to your own taste.
As from version 4.1 of Pianoteq, you can now enjoy the newly developed successor Rhody R2 which is a free update and replacement of Rhody R1. The sound, presence and response are all improved with increased accuracy. By using the new exciting effects in Pianoteq 4, such as amp, chorus, tremolo, the new tine noise parameters, or even the Blooming parameter (firstly intended for the Steelpans add-on), the Rhody R2 can be transformed into amazingly expressive variants. Make sure to explore the rich selection of factory presets provided.
The CL1 clavinet add-on, modeled after the well-known D6 electric clavichord, brings you the seducing bright staccato rhythms heard in many rhythms and blues, pop, funk, disco and reggae songs from the seventies.
Thanks to the powerful technology provided by physical modeling, it offers in contrast to the original instrument a sustain pedal, an extended range from C0 to C6 (original range F0 to E5), a variable mute bar, continuous pick-up mixing, and possibilities to adjust the timbre such as hammer hardness, overtones and resonator. There is also a wah-wah feature and customized EQ presets.
The YC5 Rock Piano add-on instrument is developed to meet requirements for a specific pop/rock piano, modeled from a well known Japanese grand piano, frequently seen on stages and very much appreciated by touring artists for its musical qualities and reliability. The instrument comes with three variants: Stage, Chamber, and Studio.
