This B&H Kit combines a pair of QSC K10 10" 2-Way 1000 Watt Powered Speakers with the QSC TouchMix-8 Compact Digital Mixer, two speaker bag totes, a pair of XLR to XLR cables, two speaker stands, and a speaker stand bag to create the primary components of a portable live sound PA system for bands, DJs, clubs, and special events. Each K10 powered speaker utilizes a powerful 1000W amplifier, packed into a tough, yet professional looking exterior and features flexible input and output mixing capabilities. The TouchMix-8 is compact 12-input digital mixer with a touchscreen that offers 8 built-in mic preamplifiers and can be controlled by its integrated touchscreen or wirelessly via an iPad connected to the same wireless network. The mixer features a DSP-based 4-band parametric EQ with variable high- and low-pass filters, a gate, and compressor on each input channel. The TM-8's DSP also provides reverb, echo, delay, and chorus effects in addition to assignable pitch correction.
Each soft tote bag is a weather-resistant, heavy-duty Cordura nylon bag designed to carry and protect a K10 active loudspeaker. It has a pocket in front for wires and cables. The tote is carried by 2 strap handles with an overlapping grip. The pair of 20' / 6.1m XLR-M to XLR-F microphone cables are designed to be extremely quiet and flexible, and are ideal for the most demanding live sound and performance applications. The cables are engineered to be durable and to provide protection against EMI, RFI, and static noise. The steel speaker stands are built for durability and can support speakers weighing up to 100 pounds. They feature a telescoping center column with five height adjustments ranging from 46" to 76". They also feature collapsible legs for portability, as well as non-slip feet for traction on surfaces such as dance floors and stages. The speaker stand bag is a heavy-duty 600 denier nylon bag designed to carry 2 speaker stands. It has a convenient carrying strap with 2 webbed handles.
