Offload from Red Giant is a simple and reliable solution for backing up your footage in the field. Compatible with Mac and Windows, the software uses a clean, single-screen user interface and automatically recognizes media cards or drives connected to your computer. You can then take create fast, safe, checksummed copies of your files to a designated storage drive. For data redundancy, you can choose to backup all imported files to a second destination as well.
Offload is a tool that you can use on or off set. With the large thumbnails and clearly visible offload progression, it is easy to start the offload process and see it from a distance while you shoot or perform other tasks. Offload has easily customizable subfolders, a tabbed layout to track previous/multiple sessions, and quick and easy access to offloaded media from the interface by double-clicking on a thumbnail to go right to the imported file.
