Redrock's ultraCage Black Event Bundle for the Canon C300 combines the C300 cage with many Redrock accessories to form a compact handheld rig ideal for flexible shooting. The rig is adjustable to your body and the cage positions on the rig such that the camera's eyepiece remains available for use.
The rig can also be mounted onto a tripod. At the center of the rig is the C300 cage, which has a tripod-mount baseplate as its foundation. The baseplate has both 1/4" and 3/8" tripod-mount threads on its underside.
The rig is further upgradable with both Redrock and third party products. You can add Redrock's powerPack for centralized power and a third party plate for 19mm rod support. The baseplate already has the correct height and mounting points to support both 15 and 19mm rods. (The cage is threaded on the bottom to support plates from other companies.)
