Hi there, I ordered a reloop rp 4000 m turntable from and Amazon vendor. I'm happy with the turntable but I think they sent me the wrong power supply for it as it does not sit snug and stay connected to the turntable. Could you send me a part number of an OEM power supply and where to get it please? Also, I have been unable to figure out how to adjust the tonearm height on it. In all other turntables I've had you rotate the base of the tonearm to do so. But it doesn't budge on the reloop. Thank ypu
