When I plug in tv it appears on black screen the message "DO NOT POWER OFF SCAN" and it goes from 0% to 100% over and over again. this is not a channel search. during this process the remote control wont work , neither any buttons on tv. I can only unplug tv from power supply. sometimes when I do that, i manage to make the tv working, but if i power it off ,that message "DO NOT POWER OFF SCAN" reapears when i power on the tv.
can anyone help me?
did anyone had this problem?!? even on other model of tv
