Once I got my package open, the problems began. No instructions in readable form. No way to download the manual without committing to a lifetime of being tied to your website.

I have a cheap set of headphones that do exactly as your product (ie: I can't change the volume). I try to download the manual and keep getting misdirected as though actually getting the manual would kill you people. If I don't get an answer back asap, this set of your headphones is going right back to Best Buy in the morning. More cheap Chinese crap, I would imagine.
