The Sony HDR-AS200V HD Action Cam Winter Kit with Live View Remote from B&H is an action camera package designed with winter sports and other snow-based activities in mind. The kit features the Sony HDR-AS200V, a versatile splash-resistant camera that records 1080p video up to 60 fps, and includes a chest harness for capturing POV shots from a lower line-of-sight than typical helmet-mounted options. This lets you fit more of your arms, ski poles, and legs into your shots for more dynamic footage. The kit also includes the RM-LVR2 Live View Remote, an extra battery pack for longer shooting times, a 32GB UHS-I microSDHC card, and a reusable anti-fog insert to prevent the Standard Housing from fogging due to the cold weather.
In addition to 1080p video up to 60 fps, the HDR-AS200V can also record 720p video up to 120 fps and standard definition 480p video at up to 240 fps for slow-motion playback. Video can be recorded using web-friendly MP4 or professional-quality XAVC S codecs. It also takes up to 8.8 megapixel still photos in single-shot or burst modes. For remote monitoring and control, the camera features built-in Wi-Fi connectivity for pairing with a mobile device or the included RM-LVR2 Live View Remote. Apart from being splash proof, the camera includes a 16.4'-rated underwater housing, an adhesive mount, and one battery to get you started.
