The Blade Spektrum DX9 is a 9-channel transmitter for RC aircraft that use DSM2 or DSMX receivers, and is Bind-n-Fly (BNF) compatible. It is configured using Spektrum AirWare software and supports programming for Airplanes, Helicopters, and Sailplanes.
The DX9 features a customizable voice alert system that will automatically notify the pilot of changes in temperature, voltage, or virtually any other telemetry value the aircraft can supply, and can also raise a verbal alarm should the aircraft enter an unsafe flying condition. It features a pre-installed lexicon of over 300 words, numbers, and phrases in the English language. A wireless trainer link allows trainers to "buddy box" their own transmitter with a student's transmitter, giving the trainer complete redundant control over the student's aircraft. Once linked, the ModelMatch feature will automatically bind the trainer's transmitter to the student's aircraft, eliminating the need to go through the binding process again.
Finally, support for Forward Programming means the DX9 is ready to take advantage of receiver systems that support programming directly from the transmitter.
