Monitor the exterior and interior of your home with this surveillance kit from Swann. The kit includes one 8-Channel 1080p DVR with a pre-installed 500GB hard drive and eight bullet cameras with 720p high-definition video resolution. Each of the cameras has a viewing angle of 55°, and they can each perform at night, with night vision distance of up to 66'. Additionally, an integrated IR cut filter enables high-quality images to be captured in bright daylight and in low-light situations. IP67-rated polycarbonate housings provide the cameras with weatherproof functionality for use outdoors, and durable stands with twist locks enable easy mounting and installation.
Connect the cameras to the 8-channel DVR using the included 60' BNC cables. The DVR can handle a recording resolution of up to 1080p at 15 fps and offers VGA and HDMI outputs for live viewing or playback on an HDTV or LCD monitor. Two RCA interfaces allow for audio input and output, and you can transfer your data to external storage using the RJ45 port or the two USB 2.0 ports. The built-in 500GB hard drive provides enough on-site storage for continuous recording from all eight channels for up to 40 days at a time, and it can also be expanded to a maximum of 3TB with extra storage.
The system connects to your wireless network using the SwannLink Peer-to-Peer connection for easy setup. The SwannView Plus application lets you view the system from your iOS or Android mobile device. The kit also includes an Ethernet cable, an HDMI cable, two power adapters and splitters, a mouse, and theft-deterrent stickers.
