Upper load adjustment straps let you control how the weight is distributed on your shoulders, while the adjustable sternum strap keeps shoulder straps from spreading outwards toward your armpits and causing discomfort.

True Dock is not recognizing HDD, the HDD light does not come on, even though the power light does come one....
