User manual for the Toyo-View 45CX 4 x 5" View Camera 180-109
The user manual for the Toyo-View 45CX 4 x 5" View Camera 180-109 provides
necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Photography - Film Cameras - Large Format Cameras.
A versatile 4 x 5" large format camera, the Toyo-View 45CX is a monorail view camera with extensive modularity and compatibility with optional accessories. In its base configuration here, the camera is supplied with a standard 18"-long, 39mm-diameter monorail and tapered bellows to support working with a variety of different focal length lenses. A full system of camera movements is also afforded, including central, on-axis tilts to minimize the need to re-compose or focus after applying perspective corrections. A micro fine geared drive is used for precise focusing control on either the front or rear standard and large control knobs with independent locks offer intuitive movement controls. The rear standard integrates a dual-axis spirit level for assured compositional accuracy and a reversible Graflok-style camera back can quickly be configured for shooting in horizontal or vertical orientations. Additionally, as an ideal entry-level model, the 45CX is constructed from alloy and polycarbonate to realize a lightweight profile for shooting on location or in the studio.
