The user manual for the TRENDnet Wi-Fi HD Baby Cam TV-IP745SIC provides
necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Surveillance - Baby Monitors.
Designed to look like a toy, TRENDnet's Wi-Fi HD Baby Cam will be a matching addition to the toys surround your baby's crib. Keep an eye on your child from your smartphone, tablet, or computer browser. See everything in 720p HD resolution in normal lighting conditions, and in black-and-white at nighttime with the lights off (thanks to 24 ft of LED-illuminated night vision). A microphone extending on the rear of the camera will let you hear every sound your baby makes, and a speaker on the front will let your baby hear you. You can talk to your baby, whisper, sing, etc. You can also select from five pre-installed classical lullabies to play. Make this selection from the camera, or from your mobile device or computer. Android and iOS systems are supported for mobile access, and all popular Web browsers, including the Mac compatible Safari, are supported. The camera connects to the Internet by Wi-Fi, so a standard home wireless network is required.
The camera comes with limited cloud access that lets you get a live view of your baby from anywhere in the world, as an alternative to getting a live view over a local network. This is done by simply entering a provided cloud cam URL. You can also record everything to up to a 32GB microSD card or remote storage device, both sold separately, or to a Windows computer with the TRENDnetView Pro software installed. The software is available to you as a free download but is only Windows-compatible. A 32GB microSD card will support approximately two-and-half days of continuous 720p HD recording, and you can also choose motion-detection recording. The camera can also be set to send you snapshots and short video clips (up to 15 seconds) right to your mobile device or computer upon motion-detection, sound-detection, or temperature-detection. You won't need a microSD card or storage device for this. Motion-, sound-, or temperature-detection triggers and sensitivity can be custom-assigned. The built-in thermometer that works in the temperature-detection function is available to you at all times -- you can check real-time temperature in your baby's room right from your mobile device/computer at any time.
The included mounting base can be used as a desktop-mount stand or to attach the camera to the wall. In either case the camera head is adjustable to point where you want it to, and furthermore, you can zoom in your on child by up to four times for closer monitoring.
