The user manual for the Trijicon HD Binocular Pouch AC70002 provides

Offering general protection to your binoculars from the elements, the HD Binocular Pouch from Trijicon is a lightly padded covering designed to integrate seamlessly with the optional HD Binocular Harness. Constructed from 500 Denier nylon Cordura, this pouch features a quiet-open front flap for inconspicuous removal of your binoculars, is lined with microsuede to prevent scratching, and also has a zippered front pocket for additional storage of accessories.
Included with the pouch are 13"-long extended nylon straps for attaching the pouch to the optional harness or, alternatively, the rear plastic buckles can also be clipped together to form a belt loop.
