The user manual for the Xtender Cinema 200 Series Shoe Mount Kit X-CN-200 provides

The Cinema 200 Series Shoe Mount Kit from Xtender includes the X-FM-200 Friction Mount that has the ability to micro adjust and lock the tension with a single tightening knob. This kit comes with the Offset Adapter (X-FMOA-10) is designed for accessories that have access ports directly underneath the unit. It allows you to mount the accessory slightly in front of or just behind the mount.
The kit also includes the Right Angle Adapter (X-FMRA-10) which is used for the Odyssey 7Q which has the 1/4"-20 mount on the back. The included LCSM-10 Locking Camera Screw Mount connects the Xtender articulating arm to the cameras 1/4"-mount. The LPA-100 Light Post Adaptor connects a light stand, clamp, or post to an Xtender arm or other products with a 1/4"-20 thread mount.
The CSR-10 Shoe Receiver connects the upper portion of the Xtender articulating arm to a shoe mount accessory. By converting the camera's 1/4"-20 thread into a shoe mount, it allows for easy detachment of the articulating arm from the camera. The removable stop screw keeps the accessory securely fixed to the camera and provides stability.
This kit is recommended for all cameras including the Canon C100, C300, and C500.This assembly gives you the ability to mount the Friction Mount in many configurations. You can mount a monitor, light, recorder, and other accessories on a light stand, shoe or 1/4"-20 threaded mount. The included Shoe Adapter allows you to convert a 1/4"-20 thread into a shoe mount.
