The user manual for the Zoom Telephonics 5360 N600 Cable Modem/Router 5360-00-00 provides
necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Computers & Solutions - Networking - Modems.
With 8 downstream and 4 upstream channels, the 5360 N600 Cable Modem/Router from Zoom supports data throughput rates of up to 466 Mbps. You can take advantage of these enhanced data transfer rates all without the need for a separate cable modem. Simply attach the coaxial cable from your Internet service provider directly into the F-connector cable interface and you can begin routing your cable Internet service to all of your devices.
You can route your Internet service wirelessly as this modem/router comes with support for IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n network standards. Additionally, it operates on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies allowing you to connect bandwidth intensive devices to the faster, less congested 5 GHz frequency. On the back of the modem/router you will find four Gigabit Ethernet ports for a reliable, wired connection great for game consoles, smart TVs, and other Ethernet equipped devices.
The 5360 modem/router gives you the tools needed to manage and secure your network. With support for multiple SSIDs you can configure separate networks while the advanced firewall makes it easy to setup parental controls to restrict access to portions of the network.
