The user manual for the Benro V1E Triple Action Ball Head V1E provides

The V1E Triple Action Ball Head from Benro can hold up to 22 lb, stands 3.9" high, and weighs 0.9 lb. An Arca-type compatible clamp and QR plate allow for fast camera attachment and removal. The ball's movement is controlled by a large locking knob with a friction control wheel and the 360° panning is controlled by another lock.
To prevent accidental release of the QR plate and camera, the clamp features a pull-and-twist safety lock. A 90° notch allows you to quickly place your camera in portrait orientation, and a panoramic scale makes it easy to repeat exacting pans. A bubble level on the clamp helps to ensure that the camera will be even with the horizon.
