For high-quality audio playback, the BD-780 features 5.1-channel surround with Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD decoding. Other features include BD-Live, Bonus View and a remote control for easy operation.

To change the Blu-Ray region code: With no disc loaded & player hooked up to a display, press SETUP on remote, then enter 1369. Then change the BD Code to 1 for Reg. A, 2 for Reg. B or 4 for Reg. C. Then press SETUP to exit.
