Use this B&H Kit to track and record multiple data points about your activity levels, body composition, and general fitness grade. This kit includes a large black Fitbit Charge Activity + Sleep Wristband and a black Fitbit Aria Wi-Fi Smart Scale. The Charge records the number of steps you take, stairs climbed, distance traveled, calories burned, and more. The Charge is also equipped with Caller ID, so it shows your incoming calls when your phone is nearby. Additionally, it tracks your sleep at night and features a silent vibrating alarm to help you wake peacefully. The Aria measures and records your weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), lean mass, and body fat percentage. The Aria also remembers up to eight individual users, so whenever you step on the scale, it recognizes you and displays your body composition statistics.
Both devices can wirelessly sync your data to a compatible smartphone and computer, which can then be viewed on Fitbit's website and mobile app. The Charge uses the included wireless dongle to connect to your computer and syncs via Bluetooth to your compatible smartphone; the Aria connects to your device wherever there is a Wi-Fi connection.
