The Onkyo TX-NR636 7.2-Channel Network AV Receiver is well-equipped for high-resolution audio and video playback. This 7.2-channel receiver supports dual subwoofer outputs and delivers up to 165W per channel at 6 ohms for dynamic audio playback. Built-in Bluetooth allows you to wirelessly connect to other Bluetooth-enabled audio sources such as computers, smartphones and tablets. Onboard Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity gives you the ability to stream music from Internet radio sources and use DLNA technology to share content with compatible networked devices. You can also connect audio high-resolution audio sources to the receiver's front panel USB.

The Onkyo TX-NR636 has seven HDMI inputs for interfacing audio and video sources. This receiver supports 3D and 4K video pass-through, and utilizes Qdeo technology to upscale lower resolution video sources to near-4K quality. The integrated graphical user interface allows you intuitively navigate the receiver's menu system. Onkyo also offers a free remote app for controlling your receiver from a smartphone or tablet. Built-in high-resolution audio support allows you to take advantage of dynamic surround sound formats like DTS-HD and DolbyTrueHD.
