In addition to basic printing capabilities, it will accept multiple label types in order to create prints with a width up to 8.25". It accepts rolls with a diameter of up to 6" and on a 3" core. Multiple media sensors ensure proper feeding and a built-in wheel cutter will simplify the output. Additionally, it has USB 2.0, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi connectivity to allow users to set up the best method for their needs.

Hi, usb port broke so we connected cable directly to internal board connector. I've tried everything in windows 10 software, doesn't work. i'd really appriciate if you guys suggest what to do, tyvm
