Giving home and studio electronic drummers access to the sound engine from their flagship TD-30 V-Drums, the TD-25KV V-Drums 10-Piece Electronic Drum Kit with Drum Module from Roland employs a streamlined interface that allows for swapping each drum and cymbal in your kit. The kit itself consists of a TD-25 drum module, a PDX-100 10" snare pad, 2 PD85 8" tom pads, a 10" PDX-100 tom pad, a VH-11 hi-hat pad, 2 CY-12C crash cymbal pads, a CY-13R ride cymbal pad, and a KD-9 kick pad. The system can be mounted on the included MDS-9V drum stand.
The snare and tom pads all feature mesh heads for realistic playing, while the 2 cymbal pads have a variety of features including edge/bow sensors, and a natural swinging motion. The hi-hat pad mounts on a standard hi-hat stand (not included). The TD-25 drum module allows you to play along with tracks on a USB stick or your smartphone, while a USB port allows you to record audio or MIDI data to your DAW.
