The user manual for the Vello FlexFrame Softbox for Portable Flash (8 x 12") provides
necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Photography - Flashes & On Camera Lighting - Flash Modifiers.
Quickly create a soft, diffused light with your on-camera flash by using the 8 x 12" FlexFrame Softbox for Portable Flash from Vello. By using a durable fiberglass frame, users just unfold and lock in the jointed rods to have the softbox ready to go. Along with this, it has a removable front diffuser that dramatically reduces the harshness of the flash and softens shadows. For even distribution of light with minimal loss, the interior is a reflective silver, which can also be used as a standard reflector when the front diffuser is removed. Attachment is simple with a touch-fastener cinch strap that fits most flash heads and mounting tabs on the softbox that attach to the strap. Additionally, it comes with a drawstring carrying case.
